Nick Robinson - the BBC's political editor - has an excellent newslog. It can be accessed from the following link: http://blogs.bbc.co.uk/nickrobinson. In it, as well as generally reporting on political developments, Robinson gives us info from behind the scenes at Westminster, with all this mixed in with his own incisive opinion on events. As if it wasn't good enough already, he peppers his posts with a delightful wit - this making his blog very readable.
On an entirely different note, I had my first panini today. With a sumptuous filling of melted cheese and ham, it had a great savoury taste, making it delicious. I've seen people eating them around the college before, but have never had the time to get one myself until now (you have to wait about 10 minutes, and I don't like to hang around in the packed refectory). Thankfully today, full of festive spirit, one of my teachers let me out 15 minutes before lunch and I decided to utilise the time by getting one for a change - I'll have to do it again, they're worth the wait.
Last, and certainly not least, the iPod video has come down in price on Amazon.co.uk. As you may remember, I decided to go for the Nano, but considering that for approximately £26 pounds more I can have the ability to play videos as well as gain a greatly increased storage capacity, I might well be changing my mind. Anyway, it's prompted me into uncertainty again.
