A Small Dilemma

This wonderful piece of technology has for some time been the object of my desire. However, it was not until I suddenly realised that I could ask for it as a Christmas gift that I paid it any serious consideration.

At a mere 0.69 cms deep, and with a front panel of just 9cms by 4cms, it's seriously small. I've seen some cool pictures on the net which place the Nano next to some other small object to show its size in comparison - it takes my breath away. And it's not just the fact that it's tiny: the design is also excellent. Look at that crisp colour screen, the gently rounded corners and the stylish metal used on its back! Overall it seems marvelous, and although the largest amount of storage offered (4GBs) seems a bit frugal, considering I only have 2GBs of music altogether, this shouldn't be a problem.

What is my dilemma then? Well, after looking further at the iPod video I can report that it too looks wondrous - so wondrous infact, that it has made me cast doubts over whether I should abandon the Nano and go the 'whole hog' as it were. After all, I would have the ability to play videos for God's sake! The only consideration, inevitably, is the price. Which model will win out? I'll be doing some serious thinking on the matter, and I'll let you know who wins.
